Call analysis

The collection of acoustic data was never easier. Automated systems often generate large amounts of data throughout the year which need to be analysed for an evaluation of bat activity. Even so there exists highly specialized tools like our CoreML-based identification, manual analysis and interpretation of automated results still need some form of expertise and knowledge on calls abd variability of bats. We can help you with more than 20 years of expertise in this area. One of our founders has even written one of the standard books on bat acoustics published by Pelargic Publishing.

We offer analysis of recordings at different levels of detail. This can be a quick pre-analysis for finding certain species only or a detailed analysis of a complete dataset. We do focus on a identification level that satisfy legal needs. Thus for example we do not enforce a species in every situation when calls may be overlapping. We will keep the less detailed result of species groups.
